{"id":4840,"date":"2021-03-08T09:05:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-08T09:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/telergon.gorlan.com\/telergon-signs-its-equality-plan-2021-2025\/"},"modified":"2022-06-14T17:06:02","modified_gmt":"2022-06-14T15:06:02","slug":"telergon-signs-its-equality-plan-2021-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/telergon.gorlan.com\/en\/telergon-signs-its-equality-plan-2021-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Telergon signs its Equality Plan 2021-2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are really proud to communicate we have signed <strong>Telergon\u2019s Equality Plan.<\/strong> A plan at the height of our team, corporation and <strong>people<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effective equality between women and men<\/strong> is an indispensable premise for ensuring a fairer and more egalitarian society, as well as sustainable development.<\/p>\n<p>In collaboration with the specialized consultancy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.murgibe.com\/\">Murgibe<\/a>, firstly a diagnosis of our situation has been made and <strong>three major challenges<\/strong> have been identified:<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0c5a9e;\"><strong>1: Promoting Equality in the ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Aligning the business strategy with equality through three pillars of action: the <strong>commitment<\/strong> from Management, the <strong>resources<\/strong> available for the achievement of Equality and the maintenance of <strong>alliances and networks <\/strong>with other organizations that work for equality.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0c5a9e;\"><strong>2:<\/strong> <strong>Integration of the commitment to equality in PEOPLE MANAGEMENT.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Managing the <strong>human resources policy<\/strong> in terms of equality, supported by the management of the different processes for <strong>access and selection<\/strong>, promotion, training, professional development and talent retention, remuneration, equipment, health and <strong>good working environment, compatibility <\/strong>between family and <strong>work <\/strong>and prevention and attention to sexual or gender-based harassment.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #0c5a9e;\"><strong>3:<\/strong> <strong>Participation in the equality value chain in OUR SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT.<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Participating in the <strong>value chain of equality<\/strong> and networking to collaborate in different social objectives.<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to working for equality always keeping people at the center of everything, through <strong>11 guidelines<\/strong> in the following years.<\/p>\n<p>An <strong>Equality Commission<\/strong> has also been created, which will give this Plan the necessary structure to achieve these goals and it is composed by men and women.
