S3 Compact and multipole AC switches, designed for industrial applications. They are composed of 3 different ratings, ranging from 16A to 125A, in 3P, 3P+N, 6P and 8P versions. The neutral pole is advanced in closing and delayed in opening.

It has 3 types of mounting: DIN rail mounting, panel mounting and door interlock. It is compatible with a wide range of accessories such as terminal shrouds, shaft extension, add on pole or auxiliary contact. The S3 compact switches have four different types of handles: direct lockable, panel without lock, panel lockable, emergency panel lockable or direct lockable.

The S3 series of AC compact and multipole switches are designed according to IEC/EN 60947-3 specifications for use in industrial applications. The different models of this series offer various fixing possibilities, thus solving the most common needs for the operation of machines and switchgear in switchboards.

Enclosed plastic or aluminium solutions. They are available from 16A to 125A, in 3P, 3P+N, 6P and 8P versions. They have two different types of handle; black lockable handle and yellow/red lockable emergency handle. The enclosure has a protection category of IP66.

This range of compact AC switches are specially designed for industrial applications, with I-O-II or changeover with overlapping (I-(I+II)-II). Switch-disconnectors with fuses available from 160A to 800A in 3P – 3P+N (according to models) & 4P upon request. They combine in a compact unit the function of a switch-disconnector with the protection against overloads and short-circuits given by the fuses. Protection against accidental over voltages in equipments connected between phase and neutral (our standard 3P+N) whit advanced switched neutral pole (early make – late break).
